The Big Numbers Tracker (BNT) helps you….well it helps you track the Big Numbers. The most important ones in your business - revenue, profit, margins, cash flow and the true cost of each employee.

It will calculate profitability on each job based on your overheads, labour, materials and subcontractors. It will tell you what you forecast for profit on each job and what the actual profit was.

It will help you determine any negative trends (things you need to look into or take action on) and any positive trends (which help you budget for growth).

You can even keep track of KPIs if they’re relevant to your business.

You can keep track of your marketing activity with weighted adjustments to give you a realistic estimate of upcoming jobs. You know from this you’re either sitting pretty or you need to up your marketing activity.
