Michelle

Sucks at peddling meth. Solid with your bookkeeping. Director.

She’s been hearing about the challenges Trades Business owners face for years, both with their business and their bookkeeping through hearing her partner, Jon Dale (Small Fish Business Coaching) coach from home.

Michelle has been a psychologist with a heavy emphasis on Coaching Psychology for over 20 years so she understands the importance of having the right tools and the right information to ensure your success. “That’s what a good bookkeeper provides you with. That’s what Breaking BAS does.”

Michelle lives in beautiful Brunswick Heads (near Byron Bay) with Jon, two chocolate labradors (the chockys are the most mental) and an entitled cat. All the children have left home (almost).

Caren

Versatile Bookkeeper & Animal Lover

CarenCaren Joyce (CJ) Pabua, from Quezon Philippines, is a proficient bookkeeper with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. She has worked as an online bookkeeper for an Australian Construction Company for 2 years.

She has extensive payroll experience and is Certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and skilled in Xero payroll and advisory, she combines technical proficiency with practical experience. She brings dedication, expertise,and excellence in client service.

Caren leads a vibrant life with her six dogs and four cats. She loves swimming and playing badminton, indulging her passions with enthusiasm.

Rona

Seasoned Bookkeeper & Cat Enthusiast

RonaRona Durana is a seasoned bookkeeper with over a decade of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the Philippines. Rona is highly skilled in bookkeeping and financial reporting and has experience with Australian companies.

She is certified in Xero Payroll and ProAdvisor, and has experience with various accounting systems. Rona seamlessly combines technical expertise, and practical experience, with excellent client service. She is passionate about ensuring that her clients' financial needs are carefully and accurately met.

Beyond her work, Rona is a dedicated Cat Enthusiast, finding joy in her time with her beloved feline companion, Kiko. They love playing with interactive toys which brings a sense of pure joy.

Venus

Chief Inspiration Officer & Home Improvement Enthusiast

VenusVenus Dela Salde studied biology at university and did her research project on the dietary habits of monkeys. She originally joined Small Fish Business Coaching 9 years ago. She wanted to be a doctor but decided she likes to boss Jon around more.

Over the 9 years, Venus has developed a multitude of skills in management, marketing, strategic planning for the back office, and generally being awesome. Breaking BAS was lucky enough to get Venus on board. You can be guaranteed everything will flow smoothly for you with Venus running the show.

Apart from bossing Jon around (and now Michelle), Venus likes to spend her time organising their little home making it a comfortable place to stay for her and her family.

To keep her work-life balance, she makes sure she spends time doing things that she loves like walking around with her furry friends in the morning and meeting with her human friends occasionally. She loves cooking and exploring new things to unlock new skills that will contribute to her growth personally and professionally.
